故事发生在真人秀“老大哥”片场。浑然不知情的几位选手和工作人员，突然遭逢一大群僵尸的袭击。怪诞离奇的事情接踵而至。他们被困在密闭的狭小空间里互相尔虞我诈，却不知道屋外早已是尸横遍地的死亡之境。直到选手凯莉（杰美·温斯顿 Jaime Winstone 饰）冲进屋内，警告他们已经被僵尸包围，并随时受到生命的威胁。就在这生死攸关的危机时刻，这一群貌合神离的难兄难弟，不仅要放下各自的成见携手一致对外，更要使出浑身解数在僵尸的眼皮底下逃出生天。
